Refund and Returns policies.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Full price items can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Items purchased in sale are eligible for exchange only. Please reach out to us via email or in store for further help with the fit and size of items.
Items Purchased during Annual Archive sale are Final Sale.
We are unable to offer returns on earrings, underwear, books, socks, beauty products and vintage.
To make a return please email hello@eastcoastgeneral.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow upto 3 days for us to process the return.
Refunds will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account. If you made your purchase using an online gift or credit voucher you will be issued with a new voucher.
Items purchased via afterpay will be refunded minus the merchant fee, alternatively a store credit or exchange can be issued.
Return Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise returning your items with tracking and insurance, for peace of mind in the event the parcel is lost or damaged.
International orders must be returned via express shipping.
Cancellation of order
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend or cancel, please be careful when ordering. All orders will be shipped as received and can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
