Returns 

If for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for a store credit or exchange in accordance with the below terms:

  • You notify us of your return within 7 days of receipt.
  • The Item(s) is not part of our Vintage Collection.
  • The item(s) are not in sale or Discounted as part of a promotion.
  • The item(s) is unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.

 

We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, a store credit will be issued. 

Vintage, Sale or Discounted items are Final Sale. Please contact us hello@eastcoastgeneral.com for further information on pieces prior to purchasing.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure parcels are sent via a trackable and insured method. 

To return your purchase please contact hello@eastcoastgeneral.com with your order number. If you would like to exchange the item(s) please notify us of the item(s) you wish to exchange for. These items will be reserved until the original order is received back.

Return address will be provided via return request email. 

Store credits for return order will be minus the original (actual) shipping cost.

 

Cancellation of order

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. All orders will be shipped as received and can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

 

East Coast General reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you.
