We are happy to refund full price purchase if
- You notify us of your return within 7 days of receipt.
- The item is in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The Item is not part of our Vintage Collection.
- The item are not in sale or Discounted as part of a promotion.
- The item has not been worn, damaged or used.
- The item is deemed faulty.
- The item received is different to the goods you have ordered.
- You have had a change of mind.
All Vintage, Sale or Discounted items are Final Sale.
To return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com. Please ensure return are shipped via a traceable method i.e. registered post to ensure safe delivery. East Coast General will not take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries, or the return postage cost.
Once your return has been received we will refund you by the original payment method, excluding the original cost of shipping (if applicable). Please allow upto 10 days for the refund to credit your account.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
We are unable to ship to PO Box address.
Australia Flat rate - $9.95. - All orders under $200.
Australia Express - $25.00 Express.
Australian Bulky Goods - $20.00.
International Flat Rate - $30 Australia Post (7-10 days) CURRENTLY 20-30 DAYS.
International DHL Express - $50 (3-5 days)
International Bulky Goods - $75.00.
All orders are shipped with tracking, once an order shows a status of delivered, East Coast General does not except responsibility for the order.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, East Coast General will support in liaising with the relevant shipping services. However we will not be able to refund items directly. We insure upto $200 free of charge, additional insurance is available at check out.
East Coast General is not responsible for any import duties involved in international shipping.
