International shipments  

Shipped via Australia Post or DHL.

International Flat Rate - $30 Australia Post (7-10 days) CURRENTLY 20-30 DAYS.

International DHL Express - $55 (3-5 days)

International Bulky Goods - $75.00 Australia Post (7-10 days) CURRENTLY 20-30 DAYS.


All import duties and taxes associated to international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded via store credit, excluding the original and return shipping costs.


All orders will be dispatched with 3 days of receiving, with the exception of our made to order leather pieces. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking via email.

Once orders have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the relevant courier service. We will support to make your claim and assist where possible. All orders are shipped with complImentary insurance up to $100, additional insurance can be selected at checkout.

 
Made to order 

Our made to order leather goods are hand crafted in Byron Bay, orders will take 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped.


Cancellation of order

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. All orders will be shipped as received and can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
