We are happy to refund full price purchase if
- You notify us of your return within 7 days of receipt.
- The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The Item is not part of your Vintage Collection.
- The items have not been worn, damaged or used.
- The items are deemed faulty
- The items received are different to the goods you have ordered.
- You have had a change of mind.
We are unable to offer refunds on Vintage, Sale or Discounted items.
To return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com. Please ensure return shipping is sent via a traceable method i.e. registered post to ensure safe delivery. East Coast General will not take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries, or the return postage cost.
Once your return has been received we will refund you by the original payment method, excluding the original cost of shipping (if applicable). Please allow upto 10 days for the refund to credit your account.
We do not currently offer exchanges.

International Flat Rate - $40 DHL Express.
