All import duties and taxes associated to international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded, excluding the original and return shipping costs and any taxes incurred by the shipment.


All orders will be dispatched with 3 working days of receiving, Excluding any made to order items, or pre-orders.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking via email.

Once orders have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the relevant courier service. We will support to make your claim and assist where possible. Claims will only be possible for lost or damaged item if insurance was selected at checkout, alternatively $50 complementary insurance is offer by our courier partners.

 
Made to order 

Our made to order leather goods are hand crafted in Byron Bay, orders will take 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped.


Cancellation of order

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or amended. All orders will be shipped as received and can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
