CHIYO SUNGLASSES - GREENS
A modern aviator frame rendered fully in Italian acetate named after Eva Masaki’s mother Chiyo, who came of age as a Japanese woman living in America in the 1960s and 70s. A celebration of the name Chiyo (ch-ee-yo), meaning “one thousand generations” in Japanese, the frames are an enduring style with an updated approach. Sensibly oversized and narrow through the temples, the hexagonal frame is designed to fit a wide range of face shapes. Handmade in Northern Italy from cellulose acetate by Mazzucchelli.

Frames are paired with a buttery soft leather case made with Japanese designer Miki Nagamine of RAKU in San Cristóbal, Mexico.

Sustainability
Eva Masaki is a line of small production eyewear inspired by unique connections and collaborations with friends and artists across the globe. Through the designer’s own life spent living between Tokyo and New York, frames are made in a limited, rotational production of styles and colours that live and change with each season.
Handmade in the Valdobbiadene region of Northern Italy, each frame is made with Zeiss lenses and cellulose acetate hand-cut by Mazzucchelli. Approachable but elegant. Classic but updated. Cultured, wearable, evocative, and colourful.
