Shipping Information:
- Dispatch: Ships within 3 business days from Bangalow, NSW with tracking.
- Australia Rates: Standard $10 | Express $15 | Bulky $35.
- NZ & International: Calculated at checkout (Standard & Express available).
Returns & Exchanges:
- Return Window: Email hello@eastcoastgeneral.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Full-Price Items: Refund, store credit, or exchange (minus shipping costs).
- Sale Items: Exchange only. Items discounted 50% or more, or sale items purchased with an additional discount code, are final sale.
- Exclusions: No returns on earrings, underwear, socks, beauty, books, or vintage (except B SIDES).
